BikeMS training ride

This is not a rally.  No entry fee, no t-shirt, no SAG support.
It is simply a training ride for MS teams on a Sunday afternoon, starting in North Frisco.
Please make plans to attend.
2 routes, 30 and 55 miles, with lots of opportunities to cut it short if needed.  I'm on call but will ride the 30 miler as much as I can and hope the phone don't ring.  I will be sweeping our team, riding with the newer riders.
